So so happy we chose Brendon. He has been efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

We were pleased we found Brendon, because Brendon got it straight away. Where another agent we spoke with saw only the negatives, Brendon got what it was that made our unit almost unique on the peninsula and it was clear he had a feel for the type of person who would want to own it. He had already been successful in selling other units in our block and he was able to use his local knowledge to recommend a selling price and a strategy that was individual to our property. Within two weeks we had agreed a sale at a good price with a buyer who, we hope, will be as happy with her purchase as we have been with our sale. Throughout the process Brendon kept us fully informed, which in itself was a challenge as we are overseas with a large time difference, and he helped with many small things that probably fall outside the normal range of sales agent services. We couldn’t be more pleased with his performance.
