Marco is a professional. He knew that this property had intrinsic merit with expansive views, acreage, and a tired but liveable house with potential to propagate a vineyard. Or two. He also knew that this was a rare opportunity for the right client. Despite apparent discordant views on price and methodology of sale, Marco managed to expertly navigate an intricate family dynamic to yield a deal - while rich - to convince me, as a buyer to place an ‘adequate’ bid got seal the deal.
