Real estate has always been a part of me growing up, starting leaflet deliveries in the early 1990’s at the age of eight with my international award-winning family team, too now running my own brand, People Estate Agents, eighteen years in the making… I have had the pleasure of selling hundreds of properties in Brisbane with my teams and family, meeting thousands of people along the way! Real estate buying and selling is about finding the right people to work with you can trust and rely on, so you can enjoy the experience, make the right decision at the right time, and make the best financial decision for your future. After a long career working with traditional franchises since 2002 including running our own teams, real estate companies and training agents for both local and international brands, my partner and I created the People brand, modelled on the non-traditional methods local and traditional agents have always used. Jake Dwyer is the best decision I made!

Jake was referred to me by my portfolio manager. I already had an in-house agent willing to sell my property, so I was hesitant at first, but I was willing to give him a try. I tell you he's the best decision I had when I went for his strategy for selling. Not only did he do well, but he also sold the property for a record high on that suburb for the type of property I had. He's highly recommended for me.

Why would you use anyone else?

Kudos, Honestly, as a retired pensioner I found Jake and his team not only professional and helpful but empathetic to the sale of my home and invaluable assistance in the preparation and the experience. Jake and his team did it all, the information, preparation, advertising, photography and inspection opens. There was never anything they could not do and with grace, harmony and most of all meet my schedule. Oh and did I mention the final outcome of a wonderful sale in record time. Exceptional service and outstanding results

What a great experience from start to finish. Jake was truly amazing! He provided excellent customer service from beginning to the end. Not only was he extremely patient with my family, But he was kind and took the time to make sure all of our needs were met in selling our family home . Everything and more

I chose Jake to sell my house not because I had spoken to number of other agents and he stood out by far, not because he listened to what I wanted, not because he had practical ideas and advice that he could put in place to sell my house for the best price, not because he minimised my selling costs, not because he found trades and other people to help prepare my property for sale, not because he has a great network of people looking to buy and sell, not because his incredible marketing showcased my property beautifully, not because he took the stress out of the whole process and not just because he achieved an incredible price for my house in just a few days… no the reason I chose Jake was because I trusted him! A great experience

I hadn't previously met Jake prior to the sale of my unit. He was recommended to me by a friend. I found Jake to be professional, patient, enthusiastic, energetic, self motivated, kind and understanding. Going forward I'll certainly use Jake again and have no problem recommending him to anyone.
