Honest, Efficient and Persistent

I had the pleasure of working with Shane from Personalised Realty and I found him to be very structured and thorough. He was renting out a property for me which was from 1980 (Quite old) and he was very honest with me with respect to the items which needed to be looked after in order to create an appeal for tenants. He was very persistent with getting the job done. With respect to couple of tenant applications which went all the way to the final stage but fell through. It did not deter Shane and he kept at it which is the attitude I really appreciate. I recommend Shane and Personalised Realty for your rental properties in QLD.
