REX AND MY-SELF COULDNT BE HAPPIER, THE HELP THE GUIDENCE AND THE PROFFESSIONALISM FROM JULIE JENNINGS WAS OUTSTANDING. JULIE AND THE TEAM HAVE SOLD 3 HOUSES FOR US AND EACH ONE WAS BETTER THAN THE OTHER. WE REVAMPED THE WHOLE HOUSE UNDER JULIES GUIDENCE. WE PAINTED INSIDE AND OUT, HAD NEW CARPET, WE HUNG BEAUTIFULL TOWELS AND PUT SOAPDISHES IN THE BATHROOMS, SOME PLANTS AROUND THE PLACE, FOUR BAR STOOLS AT THE BREAKFAST BAR, COST $49.00 EACH FROM K-MART AND SOME BEAUTIFUL READS IN BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN, NEW BLINDS AND SHEER CURTAINS AT ALL WINDOWS FROM SPOTLIGHT AT 40% OFF. JUST THOSE SMALL THINGS MADE IT LOOK LIKE A HOME WHICH I TRULY BELEAVED HELPED GET THE PRICE WAY ABOVE WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING. WE SPENT A SMALL AMOUNT ON REVAMPING THE HOUSE BUT GOT BACK 4X THE AMOUNT ON THE SPEND AND WE DIDNT EVEN GET TO AN OPEN. YES, THE HOUSE WAS SOLD BEFORE THE FIRST OPEN. THE MONEY WE SPENT WAS WLL WORTH IT AND WE WILL BE ABLE TO CLAIM MOST OF IT BACK ON TAX. SO, IF YOU THINK THAT ITS NOT WORTH SPENDING THE MONEY AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF YOUR TIME TO DO THIS THINK AGAIN ITS REALY WORTH IT, TAKE IT FROM US. LISTEN TO JULIE, SHE KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING.
