Best property manager I have had. Smart and reliable - I can trust his judgement

I have had several property managers over the years, and Shane is by far the best. He managed one of my properties and has sold two of them. What really impressed me about the way he managed my property was that he was reliable and responsive, and really knew his properties. I could always trust his judgement to solve any problems - both to the satisfaction of the tenant and also avoiding unnecessary costs for me as a landlord. For the 2 houses that he sold for me, the sale was quicker than I had hoped and both times we got a better price than I expected. I very happily recommend him to friends.
