Worst experience EVER

We recently purchased a property through Jay Young from Perth Realty Group. To say our experience of buying our dream home through Jay was a disaster would be an understatement. Jay was difficult to get a hold of on the phone. Was dishonest throughout our dealings and we wouldn't trust him. The whole experience was dreadful to the point that on the day of settlement he wouldn't even meet us at the property to hand over the keys, meaning we had to drive an hour out of our way to his office to collect them from his receptionist. If we could give 0 stars we would.

Professional, impartial and honest

Jay at all times showed professionalism and honesty throughout a very difficult sale. He at all times communicated immediately of any changes and at all times was upfront and invested. Dealing with purchasers who manipulated and mislead the process throughout including withholding notification of finance approval for over 2 weeks until the final 24 hours of being due, despite on numerous occasions being requested for updates. Which then led to a 5 day settlement period which was impossible for both settlement agents, Jay constantly displayed patience and professionalism. Despite dealing with mistruths, threats, an ever changing settlement timeframe and bullying, Jay never wavered from an independent position and a desire to complete the sale satisfactory to all parties. I commend Jay and will highly recommend his services to any potential sellers.
