Jack advised & informed me about selling my Unit. He knew his job!

Jack was very relaxed and reassuring in his communication. When my unit was put up for sale and there was a lot of interest I started to feel anxious that my unit would sell before I had somewhere to live. Jack picked up on this and had sit down and had a discussion about him being able sort something out. As it turned out not long after we had an open house and a buyer made a very high offer and it was taken. Jack spoke to me the next day or so about how I would be able to stay in my unit for free for a few more weeks and then I could rent. We then started looking seriously for a house. This did happen one afternoon. A new house had just come on the market. I met Jack at the house at the Singleton Heights. The house had already had some renovation started. The owner was going to finish the renovations. Then move. A price was negotiated and I accepted that with the condition that I not take position until 6th July. Jack organised that I continue paying rent at the unit until July. Thanks to Jack I will be in my house next week. Jack is always happy, kind, and a great support. He takes his job seriously. He did his real estate work well for me. No great problems or delays that were unexpected. He did his job efficiently and skillfully. Most of all a great communicator and salesman without being pushy. He did his job well for me and I am forever grateful.
