Thank you Sarah and Olivia for the excellent management of my property over the last few years. I appreciate your dedication and professional approach to the work you do to ensure my property is tenanted and cared for as consistently as possible. Your work has meant I have been able to step back and rely on you knowing you will be in touch with me if necessary. For example, The diligent and conscientious approach you take to ensure high quality tenants is impressive. The time and effort you put into this does make a difference. Further, the manner in which you ‘checkin’ with me and keep me updated on your progress is greatly appreciated. Similarly, when repairs are required you are quick to advise me organise quality tradespeople to attend. I look forward to another good year with you managing my property in 2026. Regards,
