▶There are times in life that require you hand over control to a higher power in order to get the best result. In our case, the higher power was Michael. We acknowledged his professionalism and put our trust in him to achieve the best result. We were not disappointed. In our case, we were mindful that we wanted someone who was originally off the land and would be comfortable in selling a farm. We were also looking for someone who embraced self sustainability and a home built to be self sufficient in power, water and aerated waste water management. We also wanted someone who was equally at ease discussing stocking rates, as was discussing bush fire mitigation and even natural resources. Michael took all this in his stride and took his time setting up for a well planned launch. Digital media marketing with a professional production company including drone work, helped to establish the scene. Michael even went to the extent of bringing his own four wheel bike to the property in order to assist the drone operator to access parts of the property that were hard to get to. The marketing copy, digital media including teaser, and the price point we’re all really well planned. The intentional approach was to establish competition for the property. Within two days of launch the competition proved to be strong and a deal was struck. One of the characteristics of Michael that we most enjoyed was his gentleman-like approach. Both buyer and seller can have confidence in Michael’s word and deals are struck easily because of that confidence. A professional in every way.
