I initially reached out to Chris to ask for guidance regarding the next steps to take to maximise the return on my investment property in Orange. One of the most important briefs I gave Chris was to look after my tenants, keeping them involved and informed during every stage of the sales process. Chris kept me up to date daily and worked closely with my tenants prior to and during the sales campaign.
