Good knowledge of property, he explained the property features in a calm professional way, at no time did I feel pressured or forced to make a rash decision. A true gentleman, who was present every step of the way from my inspection, the building inspection to final inspection when previous tenets left. He kept me informed as each step in the purchase was was completed.
