Terry has been with Peter Lees Real Estate for over 25 years, it was his first real estate job and now his love of the company and industry has seen him become the business owner and Director. When finishing school he was torn between differing career paths and eventually chose to start his own business. He built up his own company and employed a large number of staff. During this time he bought and sold property through Peter Lees. When Terry first started with Peter Lees Real Estate his specialty was in investment sales. We regularly ran investment seminars and Terry solely liaised with these clients who trusted him implicitly – often leaving property selection totally to Terry and never actually inspecting the property themselves. Terry has always carried out extensive research on his sale properties and because of this we never had any investor complain of poor advice from him. In fact, many of these clients are now quite wealthy as a result of his meticulous care in property selection. Many people would not be aware that Terry is a highly skilled pistol shooter who has represented the State many times. He also enjoys fishing, although his passion is less about the sport and more about filling the freezer (his passion for his vegie garden correlates to this). Stress free Agent

Jamie helped us buy a house, then marketed and sold an investment property. Dealing with 4 tenants , and getting buyers thru was handled really well. We gave him a set of keys and stayed out of the way. The reporting after each inspection was thorough , and every time we made a comment or suggestion he followed thru. We felt part of the sale ,and had input during the negotiations etc. Liaison with our conveyancing team, was important as we had difficulties with the purchasers “legals”. We are about to list another property for sale with Jamie, and the Peter Lees Agency.

Jeremy worked hard.

We brought a house from Jeremy and he worked hard to make it happen. Going out of his way to work out the sale. He was always available and happy to assist us. Very friendly, professional and experienced, doing extra chores to assist us. Thank you Jeremy very much, I highly recommend you.

Excellent negotiator and a real people person.

Jamie assisted with the sale of our property and we were extremely satisfied with the process from beginning to end. Jamie has excellent market knowledge and contacts which allowed us to feel confident that we were in good hands. Jamie's communication was concise and timely throughout and he managed to achieve a fantastic result. Whether you are buying or selling, I would highly recommend him.

We are very pleased and blessed to have had Rianna as our agent

Rianna is absolutely a beautiful person and a great real estate agent the minute you meet her she becomes one of the family and very helpful and very professional she has helped us in every step of the way and we think very highly of her. Rianna was the sellers agent
