Efficient land sale by friendly agent

Nick Machin was friendly and efficient at all times. His communication skills (phone, email, etc.) are important to us, and they were exceptional. Nick was flexible and in tune with our requirements and wishes. He appeared also, to have developed good relationships with poential buyers and our final buyer.
