Impeccable service and outstanding result.

I had to sell a unit in Hobart under a power of attorney and from interstate during the COVID lockdown. In Kim’s hands, my long lists of things that needed to be done and phone calls that had to be made to get the sale process going were taken off my slate, and just happened, with speed and efficiency. This included tidying the place inside and out, persuading a neighbour to tidy their place up to enhance the presentation of the property, visiting the owner in a nursing home and keeping her, as well as me, appraised of progress. With Kim there are no problems or impediments, just things that need to be done. And they get done. The unit was beautifully presented, the range of sites used for marketing was excellent, and the fees entirely reasonable. We got an offer in 3 days and the sale was concluded in 4 days. Arrangements about clearing the unit for settlement were organised within days. Kim’s referral for a conveyancer has also proved to be a first rate experience. Whether you are in Hobart or on the mainland, I doubt you could do better than using Kim Morgan as your agent.
