I had the pleasure of engaging Harry for the sale of a inv property located in Howrah whilst remotely managing the process in Melb. The sale took place with a 'NO BS' approached where Harry swiftly understood my business dealing methodology where he was agile and quickly adopted, subsequently won the listing over 3 other agents. A signed contract was presented within 24H after a market appraisal. This has got to be the fastest sale in the history of TAS from my view. Most agents lack the confident and not able to take the 'NO BS' approach when appraising and taking a potential buyer through which often results in vendor not having faith with the agent and the buyer feels they are being compromised when negotiating. Cut out the niceness and the boot licking approach when appraising a property. If you're looking to win the vendors and the buyers over, both parties just want transparency, therefore representing in this manner will be a 'win win' for all parties involved. The agent who represents in this manner will be able to maintain a trusted reputation and further his relationships , which most agent lack in this industry.
