It was great working with Sam and the team. His understanding of the market and the strategies he employs to generate the best outcome, worked flawlessly. Super friendly and a confident practitioner, I would recommend Sam and his team to anyone wanting a hand held through what can be a stressful and nerve wracking experience.

I approached the sale of my house with a deal of concern being an area where my experience was limited. I found by appointing Sam as my agent I had engaged someone who had vast experience and knowledge. Sam’s advice was invaluable and his commitment was unquestionable. I found his approach to be sound and genuine, he made the whole process clear, uncomplicated and unquestionably professional, I cannot recommend him or his staff highly enough.

Jake understood our desire to buy and do so with the minimum of fuss. The purchase was quick and painless due to Jake getting a true understanding of both parties needs and communicating to each what would seal the deal.

This is the 2nd time Jake has sold a house for us. He is so easy to deal with and kept us well informed about interest in our property. He returns calls & emails promptly which was important to us as we were dealing with the sale from overseas. We highly recommend Jake due to his service and commitment.

Sam presented us with a plan to sell our home months before we were ready. As we needed to find a home to buy prior to selling, we needed to be ready to sell quickly when the time came. Sam was organised, prepared and incredibly patient. When it came time to pull the trigger, everything went according to plan and Sam worked around the clock to secure the price we wanted in the time frame we needed. Highly recommend!

After looking for the perfect home for over 18 months, Sam convinced us to look at 68 Hamilton Street despite it only being a 2 bedroom when we were looking for 3. We were a bit skeptical but he knew it was a great fit and as soon as we stepped in, we knew it was the house for us. Sam helped make the purchase as stress free as possible. He was incredibly patient throughout the process and really took the time to understand what we needed as a young, growing family. We can't thank him enough!

Being an interstate Vendor, I needed an Agent I could trust. Right from the get-go I was comfortable with my decision to engage Sam and his team (especially Mattie) to represent me in the market. I would describe the whole experience as seamless, and would recommend chatting with Sam if you're after an experienced, well respected operator in the greater Hobart area.
