Sam had the task to sell our unit. The unit was quite dated and was tenanted as well, making the marketing of the unit and availability for viewings a real challenge. Despite these challenges Sam never wavered in enthusiasm, professionalism and communication throughout the entire process. Whilst only a small unit in the scale of the market, we were never made to feel any less important than if it were a large scale house for sale. I would strongly recommend Sam to anyone looking for an agent to sell their property.
