With time restrictions as a mainland buyer, I had first hand experience with a number of Agents over the weekend I bought . I can honestly say after submitting written offers elsewhere, that Sam displayed Genuine Warmth, Professional Care on a down to earth human level . His Natural Easy Ability to Connect and Assist on All Levels was refreshing after previous encounters that didn't come close. I have no hesitation in Recommending Sam as an Outstanding Agent to deal with . Petrusma's and staff have no reason for concern from any competition if they continue to display the Genuine Human Heartfelt Professional yet Personal Connection that Sam sets the standard . CONGRATULATIONS ! .. ( Iv'e been in retail all my life and you are Up there With the BEST ) . . Keep It Up : )

We contacted Tegan on the recommendation of a friend whose property she had recently sold. Her evident knowledge of the area and current market conditions was reassuring and her advice regarding preparing the property for sale was sound. The property sold within a week of being listed and at a price comfortably above the asking price. Would not hesitate to recommend Tegan to anyone looking for professional assistance or friendly advice in the real estate field.

Sam is the most professional and knowledge agent I have engaged. The whole process was seamless, and any advice Sam gave in relation to marketing my property was taken up. Given my previous experience with an agent who over valuated our property and left part way through the sales process, working with Sam was a refreshing change. Not only would I recommend Sam, I would more than happily use his services again. His fees are reasonable, and you get value for money. Thanks Sam for all your hard work and professionalism. You're a credit to the industry!

Jake took the time to consider and find the best solution to benefit the vendor's requirements, all the while being cognisant and empathetic of our requirements as purchaser. A very equitable Win-Win was achieved in a short time frame.

Tony put in a lot of effort and care in our real estate dealings with him. Tony was very professional, communicated well and was quick to respond to our needs. Tony had excellent local knowledge of the area. Tony is very skilled at balancing the needs of both the purchaser and the seller. We are very excited to start a new chapter in our lives in our new home. Thanks Tony!

I had my property for sale with another agent for 4 months with not an offer. Once I listed with Tegan she sold it within a week and for a price I was happy with. She is a total professional and doesn't just sit around and expect the property to sell itself. She is always working to get the Vendor the best result. Do yourself a favour if you are a Vendor just go straight to Tegan you won't be disappointed.

Sam was proactive and motivated from the start. I appreciated his generosity of time when initially engaging him in the sale of my home. His confidence and expertise was reassuring and Sam was respectful when it came to my opinions and ideas. Together with his efficient & friendly assistant, Mattie, we achieved a quick and successful sale with multiple offers in the first week. I would definitely recommend Sam and wouldn’t hesitate to engage him in any future transactions.

Tegan is the kind of agent you want on your team. From the moment I engaged her she was professional, knowledgable and down to earth. I always knew she would get me the best price but she far exceeded my expectations and never gave up to get the sale across the line. I would highly recommend her and will definitely use her again if the situation arises. Thanks Tegan :)
