Sam acted as the agent in helping me to purchase a home on my own, for the first time. He was professional, well organised, diplomatic and gave sound advice and assistance. His PA Mattie is equally professional and highly skilled. They work as an efficient team.

Tegan stood out from the other agents with both her knowledge of the market and her enthusiasm. She achieved a price well into her quoted pricing bracket, and was always a pleasure to deal with. Energetic and reliable are two very important factors when selling your home, and Tegan has both. I would definitely use Tegan again when selling or buying a home.

This is not the first property we have sold through Tegan, but when you want the best price in the shortest possible time frame you call the best in the business. Tegan created a pricing strategy and approach that we were really happy with and sold the property within a week. It was fantastic, everything from the listing process through to settlement was taken care of and we couldn't be happier.

Recently we had the experience of selling our property through Mike Speakman. Mike sold it in 5 days with 45 days settlement and pleasing terms and conditions. We would like to thank Mike for the very professional way he handled the sale always keeping us well informed along the way. We would recommend Mike strongly and this type of sale arrangement as the process was with zero stress. Thanks Mike and entire team!!

Sam is an excellent agent to purchase a house from, I highly recommend him. He was professional and very clear about the process involved. I was impressed by the fact that he knew how much money I could afford and worked within that without pressure to stretch myself further. He was very clear about what I needed to secure a property and advised me wisely as to lodging a successful offer. In short he is extremely good at what he does whether you’re buying or selling property he will be honest straightforward and fair.

I've sold by owner before but never used an agent - I talked with four agents for my recent sale and chose Tony - Tony was fabulous to work with through the preparation of the property for sale and I was completely impressed and satisfied with his marketing and selling of the property
