not sure what goes here!

Tony gets 10/10 for his all-round commitment and expertise. Phone calls / texts / emails all dealt with promptly, Tony always followed up on what he said he'd do, and was able to regularly give appropriate and valued advice on what work could be done to enhance the selling price. We were very happy with the price he achieved, which was what we had hoped for, but were not that optimistic about getting in the current market conditions.
