My experience with Sam Towns

I met Sam when buying my current property that I have just sold. The lasting impression and continued follow up since purchasing my property have been outstanding. It was a no-brainer when choosing someone to sell my house. Sam moved his schedule around to accommodate mine for our initial catch up. His knowledge about the market and why you would/wouldn't choose certain advertising was insightful and made complete sense. Hence to say, my property sold a couple of hours after the Open Home at a price higher than anticipated. I could not recommend Sam more highly.
