Could not thank the magician John Loveluck anymore. Absolutely epitomized working for the seller. Kept me informed on everything throughout so I knew what was happening. Promised something I think secretly he doubted he could pull off ... and then went to even higher. Got me a better price than I asked first go, when that buyer fell through under contract, he pulled some magic out of his hat and got me an even better price. Not only that, the buyers have been renting it while everything is finalized taking away my mortgage payments. He works for you, he doesn’t leave any stone unturned and to round it out is just a genuine great fella.
