My house in Mount Stuart was unusual as it's a 2 bedroom home in an area that is sought after by families who are usually looking for more. It's a pole home perched on a steep block with amazing views from the back deck. I had grand plans to extend the property, and I had already had architectural drawings completed and submitted to council.
