Easy to communicate with...

Despite being difficult to obtain a viewing due to the situation of the tenants, I was aware that the team with Stuart were trying their best for me. It did not take me long to know that this was the place that I wished to purchase and each time contact was made with Stuart, he got back to me in good time which eased the stress of 'not knowing'. The organisation with the seller of the early depositing of my furniture and worldly goods into the unit, was done as 'no fuss' and the beautiful 'Welcome Home' gift that I received on claiming the keys was an absolute delight...and after the hard slog of organising the move it made me quite emotional. Settlement went smoothly and now we are cruising along making the place our own...thank you Stuart.
