No. 1 Agent on the Eastern Shore!

Hi Jake, I just wanted to thank you and your amazing team for the work you did in selling our house in Howrah recently. Having worked in real estate previously, I was really impressed with what a professional team of people you have gathered together. Of particular note, Jasmin Budd and Caitlin Foster were both fantastic to deal with. Jasmin kept me updated in your absence and was such a good communicator. And Caitlin, who wrote the article for the web and newspaper, should be given the Pulitzer Prize for excellence! We were so impressed with her written description; it was such an appealing article and described our home incredibly well. As for the marketing campaign you ran; well it certainly paid off in spades! We knew you would do a great job selling our house, but what we did not expect was the huge number of people at our two Open Homes. From reports, our quiet neighbourhood street had a traffic jam, there were so many cars there. Apparently there were 50 people at each of the two Open Homes, and when you presented us with 13 signed contracts on the Saturday afternoon, we were literally blown away with such a great result. That we actually achieved higher than the market range you originally proposed was excellent and frankly, unexpected! I have always dealt with Petrusma Property in the past, and I am so happy I came back to you guys again, this time. I very much doubt we would have achieved the same type of result and price if we gone with a different agent. Your personal conduct, along with that of your team, was of the highest professional standards.
