Ups and Downs
Overall my dealings with Petrusma have been fine, the jobs get done. I wasnt completely happy with my first property manager as he was rarely quick to reply to emails etc, and when he did you would get one or 2 replies in a day max, which is fine when there aren't any issues, but when you're trying to sort out several issues and not getting enough communication resulting in the issues taking a long time to fix, it can be a problem. My current manager though has been doing a great job and I am completely satisfied with her.
