Disappointing so far
So far communication has been average. More disappointing was that the agent had 3 weeks to do the condition report and it was left until the day before tenants moved in. Further to this I didn't receive a copy of the report to review and comment on before the tenants moved in.

Unfortunately condition reports are to be completed three days before a tenancy is to commence which is why this was not completed when we started advertising. We are very sorry you didn't receive a copy of the condition report, we will get a copy to you today.
