Fantastic experience

This year I have dived back into the rental market after purchasing my own home. Renting through Petrusma has been accomodating and friendly, all I could ask for. Nicki has been a gem and allowed myself to have a separate viewing of the house before I signed the lease, which I very much appreciated. Also following up with maintenance requests and being transparent and maintaining clear communication with myself and my roommate. The only issues we have had is the contractors not communicating with myself about what day/ time they will be coming to the property, but that is on them. All in all a very positive experience so far. I am looking forward to keep renting through this agency and Nicki.
