We were referred to Zali and the Petrusma property management team through and friend and could not be happier with the service we have received. Within 5 days of contacting Zali, she had already arranged marketing and photos of the property, open homes and had multiple tenants applications sent through all with detailed history and information regarding each application. We agreed on a new tenant and Zali had it all arranged, and leases organised all within a week of our first email. We have dealt with a lot of property managers over the years and Zali is by far the best we have dealt with, the service and communication is first class and we highly recommend Zali and the Petrusma property management team to anyone looking for a property manager to take the stress out of looking after your investment properties.
