Great Team, great communication and local expertise secured us a long-term tenant

As interstate owners, we were completely dependent on Alex and the team to manage our Hobart apartment rental and they were fantastic. Communication was great. We always knew what was happening, with regular updates keeping us in the loop from the mainland without having to chase anyone down. Their local market knowledge was a real asset too. They gave us honest, grounded advice on Hobart conditions which helped us stay realistic throughout. They went all-in with advertising and numerious viewings and even though it took a bit longer than we hoped to find the right tenant, they never let up. The result? A great long-term tenant and real confidence in handing over ongoing management to Alex and the team. Highly recommend, especially if you're managing a property from interstate.
