My experience was a bit sour due to the missing cooperation of vendor

The P&G team has done a good job; however, they could have informed me better about the vendor's issues and the condition of the house. It was disappointing to have no key and to find out that the vendor had taken the NBN box. Paul provided assistance to organize the lawn cutting and repair the evaporative system, which was not working. We made notes during the final inspection. Wherever P&G did everything possible to make the transition smooth, the vendor's uncooperative behavior was problematic.
