Auction success in Ringwood

We were selling an investment property that had been leased through Phillip Webb real estate and we trusted them with the sale as they had always been fantastic leasing agents. They suggested that Stuart would be the right agent for us and, after meeting him, we fully agreed. He was friendly and open but also knowledgeable and approachable. We also knew that selling with tenants in place was difficult but, as our tenants would rate 10 out of 10 on a preferred tenant scale, we wanted them to stay. Stuart, with his good humour and aplomb, handled all the negotiations with them and they were all happy after the sale. Not only did the property sell for more than we hoped but it was also bought by investors so it was a good result for everyone.
