Flexible on Viewing but Poor on Post Rental Service

Our rental journey with Place started great, we were able to view the house on a few occasions, Matthew even stopped by on his way home to show us the house. Once we were handed over to our property manager, our experience went downhill. Initially we had issues making contact (due to a place email problem) but even after that communication was slow. As I write this review we have not had a functioning oven since moving in, for almost a month (hence the poor rating). The team are polite and nice to speak too, but I suspect they are either too busy, too few or don't know the properties they are letting in detail. We made most progress when the landlord himself actually attended the property - but this was a while after we moved in. Overall Place would have been fine had we not needed their support, but when we did it was slow and our issues are still not resolved.
