Great communication and knowledge of market

We both bought and sold our unit through Rebecca. Selling with Rebecca was a great experience, Rebecca is highly motivated to get the best price and sale conditions possible. She is a highly efficient agent who was even able to organise a great photographer for a same day booking. She was always quick to respond to any questions both we and the buyers of our unit had. Rebecca is very knowledgeable about the market in Richlands and provided a realistic valuation of the property, and was able to achieve a price above our goal determined prior to signing to work with Rebecca. We would definitely use Rebecca again both as a buyer and seller. As first time buyers and sellers, Rebecca was very approachable and easy to communicate with.
