It was a pleasure to deal with Michael in my purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the property, the building and the South Brisbane area. I was keen to exchange contracts after inspecting the property and he went out of his way to meet me soon after the inspection to give me the contract to sign. It was not long after that that he had met the Vendor and contracts were exchanged. Michael was always available by telephone when I needed information and kept me fully informed at each stage
