Good in the beginning, not so great afterwards

I bought a property from this agent 10 days ago. The process was very good and agent was prompt and helpful until the offer became unconditional. After that not so great. We were only allowed to inspect the property on the morning of the settlement. We had to wait for 45 minutes from the agreed time until agent arrived on a Tuesday morning. The property was in very bad condition. There has been no effort on agents end to inspect the property before the settlement. I was managed to negotiate to reduce the settlement amount by a little amount to get the repairs done that was picked up by the building inspectors. But everything else promised by the agent like carpet and curtain cleaning due to owners having cats, I had to bare. Also lots of rubbish were left in the property from used mats to towels to onions and potatoes and general rubbish. After the settlement when he hand over the keys, he mentioned he will send me information email contains the details of use of building facilities. Chased up 3 times since. Not yet received. Very disappointed. Hope he will send me the information at least after seeing this
