Alex is upfront, honest, and does what she says she will do.

I've had a few dealings with Alex over the years be it for appraisals, sale or purchasing. Each and every time I find her frank and honest, and I always know where I stand. She keeps me informed regularly, I know what her plans are, what issues she may identify, and all of this allows me to make better informed decisions.
