I would use them again if I had to do it all over again

Michael was very good, knowledgeable and having bought the place from this agency I was confident in using them for the sale to achieve a great result - which we ended up with, achieving above the initial estimate we were aiming for. The team were willing to use a performance based fee structure as well which we appreciated. I would rate them as 4.5 but that’s not possible with the star rating. The only negatives from me were over communication on pleasantries - touching base when there wasn’t really a need, but I guess some people would like that constant contact. On the flip side there was under communication on items of importance. There was one item in the process I needed to complete that could have affected proceedings but I didn’t get the over communication on that front which would have been helpful to ensure I completed my necessary steps. It was all able to be completed without issue but was an unnecessary risk and experience. Also one slight miscommunication on marketing, we ended up going with a marketing blast which I thought we would be avoiding based on initial conversations, but that is what it is with shifts in strategy. Other than that, a great result at the end of the day which is the most important thing. Michael was great to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the e-place agency if you are considering selling.
