I found the whole experience very pleasant due to her market knowledge, communication and responsive

I was impressed with her confident appraisal of the market and her ability to explain where my property was placed both advantages and downsides. Overall she was very pleasant to interact with and responsive to my suggestions. The price was a little below my expectations but there was logic to it as developers had been active in the area buying up places on size of land regardless of quality of house and this had resulted in lower prices
