Had to manage them but good result in the end

Old tenants gave notice and nothing was done in the first two weeks subsequent which is apparently Place Policy, so I begged to have my property listed for rent. Jen agreed and did a magnificent job of the open home and was able to secure a tenant quickly with minimal vacancy in the hand over. Hopefully after this excellent result Place will review their policy.
