Michelle has been fantastic in dealing with a difficult tenancy termination and securing new tenants

Michelle has been proactive, knowledgeable and efficient in helping us deal with an unusual and difficult tenancy termination. She has organised tradespeople to repair damage and clean the property and advised us as to upgrades we might undertake. Michelle has also been selective in finding new tenants and has regularly communicated with us throughout this process.
