This is the fourth property for which we have utilised the expertise of Steve.In all dealings,Steve has without fail achieved a better than expected outcome for us.This latest property sale which Steve has undertaken for us proved his worth against the odds in what was a difficult property to sell due to BCC issues and a difficult tenant.Steve was there to hold an ‘Open Home’ every weekend without fail as well as midweek viewings if required by potential buyers.The price achieved,due to multiple offers being submitted and negotiated was above expectations and is a credit to his perserverance and skills.
