Great Negotiator

Not having dealt with Real Estate Agents for many years, we discovered how much has changed. On advice from others we asked 3 agencies to come and give us their strategies etc for marketing our property. We decided to go with Steve from Place at Nundah and are so very pleased that we did. We were extremely impressed with Steve's approach and knowledge. We felt he had terrific negotiation skills and was also very professional and approachable.
