Great Negotiator

Not having dealt with Real Estate Agents for many years, we discovered how much has changed. On advice from others we asked 3 agencies to come and give us their strategies etc for marketing our property. We decided to go with Steve from Place at Nundah and are so very pleased that we did. We were extremely impressed with Steve's approach and knowledge. We felt he had terrific negotiation skills and was also very professional and approachable. At our first meeting Steve appeared confident and had a vast knowledge of property sales in our area - not just properties sold by his agency. We were extremely pleased with the result achieved - property sold for the advertised price at the first open house that had a price listed. We had 2 previous well attended open houses (no pricing) that allowed Steve to judge the market. The marketing strategy used by Steve was very effective and proved Steve knew his "stuff" and it suited our situation perfectly. Looking to sell - then call Steve from Place Nundah.
