Fantastic agency

I’ve worked with three agents during my time with Place Woolloongabba (Aaron, Kiarna, and Emma) and each of them have been excellent. I’ve had no issues with my property under their management, and they’re always super quick to get back to me with any queries or requests from the tenants’ side. I’m often feeling like I’m doing basically nothing and my property is being managed well above what I’d be able to do myself. They’re also on top of communicating with me, sometimes just routine checkups if we haven’t spoken in a while just to check in with how things are going (and there’s never any issues on my end). Very appreciative of the amazing work they’re doing l, and would definitely recommend anyone looking for an agent to consider Place Estate Agents Woolloongabba.
