"Cutting-Edge Luxe meets Palm Springs Cool” at a prestigious new address

Welcome to Brisbane’s most exciting new architectural home, “Rosewood”. From renowned architects Twohill and James and innovative local builders Sutcom comes this distinctive multi-level residence in an exclusive Norman Park enclave. Inspired by the modernist lines, fresh whites and lush landscaping of Palm Springs California, the expansive family home can only be described as a “private luxury oasis”. The towering façade, flowing terraced entryway and grand three-metre-high ceilings set the tone for the home’s breathtaking proportions. Inside, crisp white exposed brick, striking “Snowdrift” polished concrete flooring and opulent “White Fantasy” marble have been balanced by the warmth of New Guinea Rosewood and brass accents. In Summer, cooling breezes filter from the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and balcony at the front of the home, through vast open-plan living spaces and out to the glorious rear alfresco entertaining terrace, resort-style gardens and saltwater swimming pool. And in winter, families can enjoy mealtimes around the dining table or cosy up by the wood fireplace; with each zone boasting views out to the landscaped front courtyard. At the heart of this main living level is a magnificent kitchen featuring a butler’s pantry, long island breakfast bar and the full suite of Miele appliances. Upstairs, four of the home’s five spacious bedrooms are accompanied by an integrated study area and spectacular additional living space, configured to double as a sixth bedroom if ever required. Designed and executed with a rare attention-to detail, the property features: -Open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining; second upstairs living plus a separate study area -Five built-in bedrooms; opulent master featuring walk-in robe, incredible air-conditioned ensuite and private balcony with green hillside outlooks - Three stunning floor-to-ceiling tiled bathrooms with marble- top vanities, frameless glass shower screens and brass fittings; ensuite with freestanding stone bathtub -Top-of-the-range Miele induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, steam oven, combo microwave, dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer -8 zone ducted air-conditioning with My Air smart device control; ceiling fans -Alfresco entertaining terrace with marble-top outdoor kitchen/BBQ/wine fridge -Glass-framed saltwater swimming pool with large wading step -Striking European Oak staircase and upper level flooring; carpeted bedrooms -Integrated joinery/bench seating in dining and second living; marble-top study desks -White fantasy marble, Woodmatt joinery and Urban brass Astra Walker tapware throughout -Oversized commercial-grade windows, sliding and bifold doors -Integrated Sonos audio/speaker system throughout -Security system with external CCTV cameras; video intercom entry -3-metre-high ceilings on lower level and 2.7 metres upstairs -Abundant storage including huge linen press -Lower level double remote integrated garage Sitting in a peaceful prized location within catchment of the highly-regarded Seven Hills State School, this extraordinary new home is walking distance to St Thomas’ Primary and minutes to other elite schools. Hard working and patient

We were challenged with a difficult market, conditions weren’t great leading up to the election. The Place team stayed very committed and motivated to stick to our price range. Again, they delivered and we achieved an extremely good outcome in tough market conditions. We will continue to choose James as our agent moving forward and also highly recommend him to friends, family and colleagues

Patient and Persistent in challenging market conditions

Once again, Denis has performed for us on a number of levels. In challenging market conditions, with a lot of uncertainty in the headlines and federal election approaching. Denis stayed composed, patient and very persistent. We felt as though it was a buyers market, yet Denis stayed committed to the price point that we were at, and we never felt pressured to lower our price or change our situation. Denis' experience, knowledge of the market and professionalism, ultimately got us over the line, with a result that we are extremely happy with. As always, Denis went over and above for us and we will continue to sell with Denis with any future opportunities we pursue.
