Complete with a secure dual garage, a laundry and further storage area at entry level, the property also benefits from high flooring above the living level that is flood-safe in its design. Finishing the upper level, an ensuited master bedroom is accompanied by two additional bedrooms; all three are fitted with built-in robes, with the master also providing a luxe walk-in space for extra storage. The master suite encompasses a stunning ensuite complemented by striking black and white marble-look tiling, sleek tapware and cabinetry. Seller's review

She was amazing.

Selling our property certainly came with some challenges. Karen was honest with us up front and worked extremely hard with many open homes per week and on the weekends. Our campaign was not easy with a contract subject to sale on a new property. We had a fair bit of pressure riding on the sale of our house putting a lot of pressure on Karen. All her hard work contacting potential buyers and keeping us informed paid off when we finally signed on the dotted line. She was amazing.
