We initially chose Jacob because of his reputation and we weren’t disappointed. The property never made it to market, Jacob negotiated a pre market sale getting us a great price. He is very knowledgeable in regards to the area and all questions were answered confidently and most importantly sincerely. He kept us up to date with every step along the way. Would highly recommend
