Great Property Management

We have been with Harcourts for about 10 years. Just recently we lost a great tenant whom purchased a new home. Harcourts were proactive with this and gave us as landlords a couple of months notice and worked through a advertising and rental price plan. Through their advertising, networks, and long standing presence in the community we had many applicants, even some from outer state. Within a couple of weeks we had some vetted tenants lined up about a month out from when the current tenants were to exit. To add, Harcourts property managers are friendly and knowledgeable; and their billing system is timely and accurate, as is their quarterly inspections. We as landlords feel our property is in safe hands with Harcourts.
