With such a warm personality, it was an absolute joy purchasing through Amanda. Amanda was accommodating in the entire process, from working around my challenges of availability to her amazing communication, actions and ability to just bring things together for a smooth process. The loveliest and most genuine real estate agent
Amanda has recently helped me with the sale of my Mum's property and I have found her to be the loveliest and most genuine real estate agent I have ever worked with. My Mum went in for an operation earlier in the year and suffered a major stroke. She now has very high care needs and I have gone through the process of moving her into a care home and selling her house. My Mum has found the loss of independence challenging and it was a very delicate process to sell her home, especially as I am based in NSW was unable to travel to QLD. Amanda went above and beyond by visiting my Mum in a rehabilitation hospital, to ensure she felt confident with Amanda and the sale process. Amanda worked incredibly hard to ensure the property was presented as best as it possibly could be. She kept me 100% informed throughout the sale process and I felt confident that she worked to get the best price for us, given the market conditions. I would without a doubt recommend Amanda as a real estate agent and I have been incredibly grateful for the support and understanding she has provide my Mum and me throughout this process, especially due to the challenges we faced from the impact of COVID.
